The university added a former managing director from Aksia to its investment team to help design, source and maintain a portfolio of alternative investments.
The associate director will help determine overall portfolio strategy and source and evaluate investment opportunities across asset classes with a focus on private investments including venture capital, growth equity, buyouts and real assets.
The university is looking to add a manager of investment accounting and performance reporting to oversee reviewing transactions, account reconciliations and financial schedules, among other responsibilities.
The private equity v.p. recently left the firm to rejoin a foundation in the northeast as investment director, where they will support the management of a more than $2 billion portfolio.
