Manager research teams must work harder and tailor their marketing approaches in order to gain attention and win assets from consultants in a changed investment environment, a new study finds.
Myers serves as partner and non-profit solutions leader at Aon, where she works with the Chicago-based consulting firm’s endowment and foundation clients on asset allocation, risk management and investment strategy.
The director will lead management of the investment portfolio’s quantitative and systematic strategies, primarily sourced through derivative investments.
The organization hired an impact investing fellow at a nearby foundation to serve as a senior investment analyst and help oversee and manage its portfolio.
The analyst will manage the college’s investment operational data and daily processes, initiate trades, onboard new investments and conduct reconciliation of investment transactions, among other responsibilities.
The position will help with investment manager selection, asset allocation recommendations, due diligence, portfolio monitoring, risk assessments, quantitative analysis and implementing risk controls.
The new investment analytics manager will help support and manage the plan’s complex portfolio and risk analytics processes as well as be responsible for several analytical initiatives.
