Tom McGahan has announced the launch of Eamon Capital Management, a fee-only, registered investment advisor utilizing a disciplined, benchmark-centric approach to portfolio management.

An outsourced cio has hired a director of investment operations to oversee all investment administration related functions, including performance reporting, operational due diligence and client onboarding.

The departure follows the plan’s announced hiring of a new cio set to begin later this month.

The plan agreed to advance a general investment consultant RFP and retain its private equity advisor.

The current director is retiring in January.

He will lead a team focused on making direct investments in private companies across North America and Europe.
