The university has wrapped up its search for a cio to oversee and manage its endowment by hiring the senior portfolio manager of a nearby foundation.
The investment analyst joined the plan from the State of Wisconsin Investment Board.

His last day at the firm will coincide with his four-year anniversary in the position.
He will be responsible for institutional distribution strategies, business development, marketing and client service for the firm.
The new global head of fixed-income will join the firm in August.
Jean Hsu will retire in July after 25 years at the plan.
The firm has announced a dedicated strategy and team to lead continuation vehicle transactions.
He will be responsible for leading the firm’s institutional fundraising efforts.
